Booking Integrity
Honor every confirmed booking according to the agreed terms.
Do not divert travelers to external payment systems to avoid fees.
Do not bypass platform-generated leads or coordinate offline bookings.
Maintain truthful and real-time availability on your vendor calendar.
Do not manipulate pricing after a traveler has discovered you on ArtStay.
Visitor & Customer Conduct
Communicate respectfully and professionally through platform channels.
Treat all guests with dignity regardless of background or origin.
Maintain safe and culturally respectful interactions during experiences.
Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
Respect local communities, environment, and regional travel contexts.
Operational Standards
Maintain strict punctuality for all tours, stays, and service events.
Respond to traveler inquiries and booking requests within 24 hours.
Ensure full preparedness and resource availability before service begins.
Maintain consistent quality that aligns with your public listing promises.
Escalate issues or disruptions to ArtStay support immediately.
Compliance & Enforcement
Verified complaints from travelers may trigger a manual performance review.
Repeated or unforced cancellations may lead to warnings or status downgrades.
Fraud, diversion, or misrepresentation may trigger immediate suspension.
Severe violations will result in permanent blacklisting from the network.
