ArtStay accepts various digital payment methods, including major credit cards, verified regional payment gateways, and other secure transaction channels. All payments are processed through licensed third-party payment providers to ensure security and compliance.

When you submit a reservation request, you may be charged a partial deposit, full prepayment, or a platform service fee as specified during the booking flow. All charges are displayed in our platform currency unless otherwise clearly indicated.

Booking amounts displayed on the platform may be inclusive or exclusive of local taxes, service charges, and regional fees depending on the specific service and provider. Please review the detailed price breakdown before finalizing your transaction.

For international transactions, currency conversion rates are determined by your bank, card issuer, or our payment processor. ArtStay is not responsible for any additional fees, charges, or variations in conversion rates applied by your financial institution.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that bank processing times, currency fluctuations, and third-party fees may affect the final amount and timing of your refund.

ArtStay reserves the right to review, hold, or cancel any transaction suspected of fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, or platform misuse. If a payment is declined, your reservation request will be automatically placed on hold pending a successful transaction.

All transaction-related data and financial processing are handled by our secure payment partners. ArtStay does not store your full card details or sensitive bank information directly on our platform servers.
