Booking Scope
ArtStay facilitates various travel-related reservations, including:
- Artisan-led heritage stays and workshops
- Curated cultural tours and discovery experiences
- Local transport coordination and mobility services
- Access-related and specialized travel assistance
Availability & Confirmation
A booking request submitted through the platform does not constitute a final confirmation. All reservations are subject to availability and the explicit validation of the relevant local host or service provider. Official confirmation is only achieved once you receive a dedicated confirmation notification from ArtStay.
Pricing & Transactions
Prices displayed on the platform are subject to change based on seasonal availability, local conditions, and provider-led adjustments. While we strive for pricing transparency, final costs will be confirmed at the time of reservation validation.
Reservation Accuracy
Travelers must provide accurate details regarding travel dates, headcount, and any specific requirements or health disclosures. Inaccurate information may lead to the cancellation of a booking request without a refund of any processed fees.
Provider Fulfillment
Many services facilitated by ArtStay are fulfilled by independent hosts, guides, and regional operators. While we curate and coordinate these services, as specified in our Disclaimer, individual providers maintain their own operational standards and local fulfillment responsibilities.
Cancellations & Refunds
